With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our cherished cat, Jack, who brought love, laughter, and a unique spirit into our home for nearly 15 wonderful years.

Jack was more than a pet; he was a loyal friend and protector to his close-knit circle of three humans. Affectionate and fiercely devoted, Jack was cautious with strangers but always held his family close to his heart. He had a regal presence, patrolling the house as if he were the king of the castle, a role he fulfilled with dignity and grace.

Jack’s love for food was legendary—whether it was steak, bacon, or a forgotten cookie or muffin, he always found a way to enjoy the finer things in life. Yet, nothing delighted him more than the smell of an unlit cigar. The humidor's faint click would summon Jack, his excitement palpable as he begged for a sniff or a lick of the cigar’s end. His unique quirks brought endless joy and unforgettable memories.

Though his loss leaves an empty space, Jack’s legacy will live on in our hearts. He was a beautiful cat with a strong spirit and a gentle soul who enriched our lives in countless ways.

Rest peacefully, Jack. You were truly one of a kind, and your love will remain with us always.
