Frankie Gorman Norton

September 19, 2015 — July 15, 2024

Frankie Gorman Norton crossed the rainbow bridge Monday, July 15, 2024, peacefully in his sleep lying next to his mom.

Born September 19, 2015, in the great state of Georgia, Frankie was the first pup son Tiffani Norton. He is survived by his grandpawrents, Cliff and Tracy Norton, his two aunts, Brittani Rhodes, and Chyna Thomason, his two uncles, Michael Rhodes, and Aaron Thomason, and his 6 cousins, Rhyan & Maddux Rhodes, Avery, Sawyer, Cash, & Denver Thomason. His fur uncle Otis & Aunt Allie and his fur cousins: Slate, Ashe, Piper, Louis, Rosie, and Rudy. Frankie went to Clemson University and worked at Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry for many years before retiring. Some of his favorite activities included swimming in Jackson Lake with his Papaw, countless car rides and road trips with his mom, lounging on his aunt Brit & Uncle Michael's pool pad and lounging in front of their home's fireplace (that was one of his MOST favorite things to do), and snoozing. If we're being honest, Frankie loved everything that life had to offer (except air being blown in his ears, he hated that). Frankie always loved going to his Granna and Papaw's house, where he could play in their lake, sunbathe on their dock, get treats galore, and pee everywhere Otis peed because it was only right to mark over him to show his dominance. Frankie really did live the very best life.

More than anything else, Frankie loved his mom--and even more so than that, she loved him. He was always there to greet her with some kisses, a smile, and twitching of his little pig tail. He was her constant companion. There through heartache, moves, grief, and joy. He was good at a lot of things, but he was best at unconditional love. He taught everyone he met about loving people and always seeing the good in them.

He will be thought about every time I am on a car ride and look over to my right. He will be missed every time I come inside the house door and anxiously wait to be pounced upon by him. I will carry him with me everywhere--always in my heart. He will be forever missed and forever remembered.

In lieu of flowers, I ask that you give all your pups some extra love in honor of Frankie.
